Good deal
I stayed in Helios for 5 days in September and really enjoyed my vacation. In comparison with other hotels rate was very good. Location was not bad - only 3 minutes to the beach. 2 stored parking but not convenient if you have a long car. Breakfast does not include in rate.

GREAT LOCATION
The hotel is located in the heart of Juan Les Pins, only one block from the beach and the beautiful shops. The hotel is small but was ideal for our needs. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. There is a supermarket down the block and the center of the nightlife is just a couple of blocks away. The rooms are a bit small and old but overall clean and comfortable. In addition they have balconies. If you are looking for a luxurios hotel than this is not the one for you, but if you want convenience, location and friendly staff, than I would recommend this hotel.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Juan Les Pins is centrally located between Nice and Canes. I would recommend day trips to Canes and Nice to experience the French Riviera and to some of the smaller towns such as Vallioris, St Paul de Provenece and Biot for the local art and handycrafts. If possible visit St. Tropez which is a 2 hour drive or 1 1/2 hour by boat.

Everything you need
We had a great time. Great location convenient to everything Juan Les Pins has to offer as well as super convenient to the Train and Bus. Service was very good and very friendly, they coped very well with our poor/non-existent French. About as good as you could hope for the money. Plenty of food close by at all prices, Boulangerie next door, Supermarche a few doors away and dozens of restaurants within 200 metres.
Highly recommend:- - Creme Caramel glace from the Glacier Artisen on the street parallel to the water; - The public beach about 300m west of the Helios private area... its clean and its free; - boat ride out to the Cap de Antibe... no fish, just jellyfish, but there is always the sense that JB007 is about to commandeer the boat and save the modern world from destruction in a total movie set type vista... very special part of our planet.
