worst experience will never go back
the hotel looks great from the outside, however I sink was clogged, the alarm in the room next to us went off at 4:30 in the morning and there was no one in that room, no one at the desk to turn in off, my kids were up till it stopped at 6:40 in the mornings and then we had to check out by 11:00, I left a message to hotel management and they obviously didnt care because I never recieved and apology, the beds were hard as a rock and need an update.........

Stay at the Keystone lodge much cleaner, rooms nicer and staff is always available, also the beds are pillow top

Horrible Service, No Jaccuzi
The service was horrible - the woman at the front desk made it seem like we were wasting her time upon check-in, check-out, and when we asked for an extra hour to check-out. The bed was extremely uncomfortable-I could feel the springs all night. The "jacuzzi" didn’t even exist-we walked all over the hotel and couldn’t find it, and couldn’t find anyone at the front desk to point us in the right direction. I’d pay extra to stay anywhere but here!

never again
this was one of the worst stays ever. the staff was good and it was super clean however, we could hear to room next to us and every word they were saying in normal tones. so at midnight i asked to be moved to another room. the next room’s ac was so loud it kept us up most of the night but was so hot we couldn’t turn it off.
