Would be happy to go back
A little non-descript, as most business hotels are, but the room was big, modern and technologically up to date. The bathroom was a decent size, clean and well equipped, and the service friendly and efficient. Location wise, it was perfect for the train from the airport as well as being central to many of the attractions of Singapore. All in all we were very happy with the hotel and certainly preferred it to the Marina Mandarin, where we stayed later in our trip. Breakfast was not included, so no comments to make there as we ate elsewhere - I have to say I would have expected breakfast to be included by default. We would choose the Fairmont as our preferred hotel when we return to Singapore.
Cross over to the adjoining Swissotel and head up to the 70th floor for a drink in New Asia and panoramic views of the city from what must be the highest point in Singapore. Not too expensive either, so long as you are there before 9pm for happy hour or to avoid the cover charge at the weekend

Great hotel
Great hotel. Fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. The only fault with the food was it was too good. Will definitely return.
