needs a lot of improvement
I stood in the lobby for a long time and finally called the front desk from my cell phone for someone to assist me in checking in. When we arrived to our room, it was not very clean and there was a small snake in it. I was not satisfied at all with the room and I think for the quality, it should have been cheaper.

i expected more than what we got
when arriving it looked as if it would be a pleasant stay, but it wasn’t- the hotel front desk were not helpful, the couch and chair were in bad shape when you set on it it sanked to the floor almost, the rug near the bathroom was a little damp, tv was about a 19 inch tv, that kept placing a black box in the center of it, they skipped cleaning our room for 2 days, when i complained all they said is they couldn’t send anyone over house keeping was gone for the day, thay promised king size beds we only got full size beds- but the worst of all is on our last day getting ready to leave the toliet begun to overflow for a good 6-7 mins i notified the office they were supposed to send someone right away but noone ever came and we were there for about 30 min. longer packing carrying things to the car if you ever try them don’t get room 115 or you will be up-set.
