Excellent Hotel - Service, Quality and Price
Wonderful quality and service, even more so because of the great price! Great location just off the main street, so not as noisy, but close to the action and transportation. Has a good restaurant.

Great experience
So much information to take in when choosing a hotel that it still feels like pot luck. This was our 1st trip to Russia so have nothing to compare this trip with. Great city and great hotel. We found that eating at the hotel was easier than trawling the city for restaurants - and this is rare for us. Both the Marius and Clairet were fab, the latter being a posh version.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Use the buses - easy and only 18 rubles per journey. Mosquitoes were a problem that we didn’t expect to encounter. If you visit Peterhov by hydrofoil (cash payments only) then book your return journey as soon as you arrive at Peterhov!! We had to wait two hours as they had all been booked up by the tour groups. Otherwise enjoy!
