Great for the price!
Very nice hotel for the price. I will stay at this hotel the next time I’m at Austin

Poor maintenance, poor service
First, it is pretty hard to find, nested between freeway overpasses as it is. Second, the elevator did not work thru the duration of our stay, and I had some baggage to carry around. Needless to say that carrying heavy loads of baggage two stores up the narrow emergency stairs was physically painful. The room was not very well maintained - the window sills had flooding stains that had obviously been there a while; the showerhead was a joke that trickled enough water to spread the soap and make a mess, but not for a good cleaning. The most aggravating experience though was breakfast in the morning. They don’t have enough tables for the size of the hotel. When the food ran out, it took them for ever to refill it.

Not impressed
This place is ok... If the price were right and I wasn’t staying for an extended amount of time, I may consider staying there again. Location is great, easy to find and to get in & out of. Plus, its right on I35 so communiting to work (I stayed there for business) is really simple because it is North of the major Austin traffic. The hotel itself is clean but needs to be remodeled. The elevator was broken while I was there so hauling luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs wasn’t exactly joyous. The "gym" is a joke. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Like I said, if I were staying there for business again and was booking late (as was the case), I would consider staying there again as opposed to some of the other hotels, plus like I said, the location was great (minus the neighborhood). Rooms are big and clean. Quiet hotel which is nice. Breakfast was better than average.
