Loved it
We booked this hotel for a short family stay and were very happy. The hotel definitely meets the star rating for service etc, the only very slight demerits were the size of the bathroom (very compact), quality of the TV picture (bit grainy) and the location of the pool. We specifically chose a hotel with a pool as providing extra entertainment for kids when it’s raining or at the end of the day and the pool is actually located round the corner in the Jumeirah Carlton Towers. While it doesn’t really make that much difference (it’s probably no further than we’ve had to walk in other hotels without actually leaving the building) it was just a bit of a surprise to find out on arrival that the pool was physically elsewhere. All in all though, we would definitely go back and have already recommended it to family.

every thing was as what i plan except transportation to and from the airport, where I booked SkyShuttle by expedia and they didn’t come to take me to the airport and i and hotel staff tried to Contact them without answer,So I Warn you of dealing with the SkyShuttle
