Poor Customer Service, Little willingness to help
First I booked this motel a month ago. I booked 2 non-smoking rooms for my wife and I and our small children along with their ages on the website. Arrived at 8 pm from Pittsburgh, PA, to find out they had given us 1 smoking and 1 non-smoking room and they were 7 rooms apart (small children). In order to get 2 rooms closer together I had to change the other non-smoking room for another smoking room. Then, the rooms were absolutely stuffy and no a/c was on, so it was like 90 degrees and full of smoke smell. My kids almost threw up it was so sickening. In the morning about 7:30 we were woke by the fire alarm going off. Come to find out their laundry room was extremely hot and some towels were put up by a smoke alarm and the heat set off the fire alarm. The staff was ABSOLUTELY unwilling to help try to remedy the situation.

Grat room for the money
We stayed at two Super 8 motels.. Both hotels excedd our expectations. specially for the value, compared to other motels... Thanks for making our road trip enjoyable..
