Awful .... Words really can’t describe.

First of all upon arrival, they wanted me to pay for a third room, I never even booked. They blamed expedia, after calling expedia and discussing this with the expedia operator, I learned this hotel was just trying to take advantage of me and stick me with another room. The room by the way was filthy, I am a single mother traveling with two young girls. If it hadn’t been so late when I arrived, I would have NEVER stayed. Carpet was dirty, trashcans had no liners, neighborhood near by was NOT the best what so ever. There was alot of foot traffic thru the parking lot. I locked my door and just wanted to go to sleep so we could leave the next morning early! My youngest daughter was scared to go to sleep my oldest daughter was disgusted, while moving the phone on the night table she discovered behind the night stand an open box of CONDOMS! Horrible stay! Don’t let the pics of the hotel fool you! Would never stay at this place again! Would rather sleep in my car!

When you go thru or stop in Gainesville make sure it’s at a different hotel, make sure to attend Jentzen Franklin’s church, Free Chapel...It was wonderful Sunday morning.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed here on a Monday night in a clean room with a microwave and mini-fridge. The staff at the front desk were pleasant, and we had no problems. The only complaint was that the continental breakfast was a little skimpy (cereal, bagels, small pre-wrapped muffins, coffee, and juice), but for the price we paid to stay here, I can afford to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Would stay here again. Not to be prejudiced but some people might feel uneasy about the locals walking through the area and parking lot, but I personally wasn’t that worried. Suited my business needs well. Refrig a plus. Clean and quiet.
