Needs Maintenance
The hotel room I stayed in at Super 8 in West Greenwich was satisfactory in most ways, except the bathroom sink would drain slowly, backing up with water, and there was mildew in the shower. I understand that if you are paying a lower price for a room, your expectations should be a little lower, but I still expect basioc maintenance to be done on the facility/rooms.

OK room for the price
Needed a hotel for a wedding in Middletown. Waited too long and everything closer was booked, very expensive or required a 2 night stay. Room was pretty clean but needed some updating. Our main complaint was that when we turned on the A/C it smelled terrible so we turned it back off and left the door open to clear out the smell. The room probably had not been used recently. Other than that it was what we expected for the price we paid.
