We loved it!
The staff was extremely friendly, food was wonderful, rooms clean, everything was just as we hoped. I can’t think of a thing I would change. My only advice would be to take bug spray if you go to the ruins. The no-see-ums were fierce! All in all, a perfect vacation!

Sinful Vacation
I have had the great pleasure of traveling all over the world and this trip was one of the best so far. The location was remote and away from all the hussle and crowds, which is just what i was looking for. The staff was more than accomodating and where waiting and ready to get what ever my heart desires. Everyday I would look at my husband and just say how sinful I felt. Lounging by the pool all day and than going out to a wonderful dinner at one of the fabulous restuarants. We left the resort one day for the mayan ruins which the hotel set up for us and we had a great experience with the tour company. I was very sad to leave and go back to the real world. I will be back though for a much longer period than this time.

Wonderful Vacation
Our overall stay at Dreams Tulum was wonderful! We were greeted with champagne as we were checking into the hotel and we had my parents with us so they used a golf cart to bring us over to our rooms as they are a little bit older..The rooms, as well as the resort, were very clean and the grounds were well maintained! We loved the bathroom! The walk-in shower was awesome. We also loved that there were two sinks and a separate room for the toilet. The staff was very friendly our whole stay and there was always entertainment for those night owls! The food was delicious overall.. The beaches were beautiful except part way through the stay a lot of seaweed did seem to wash into the shallow end of the ocean where you walk in. We would highly recommend the resort overall!
