Great value and location
The location of this hotel was absolutely wonderful - so close to the Tube stations (2) and all of Hyde Park, with many choices for eating and shopping within easy walking distance. The only two minor problems I had with our room (small, but we were only there for sleeping) were the lighting (extremely difficult to read in bed, light not bright enough for a senior!) and the bath/shower. We had to step up to enter the bathroom, and then up again to climb into the tub - somewhat treacherous for anyone over 60. I would have liked a heads-up about that fact. I was careful, our stay was great and I would go back here again anytime!
By all means get a multi-day transportation pass and an oyster card to get around the city -it saves time and money if youll be going to various parts of London during your stay. No waiting in line except when purchasing the pass!

Not bad
The condition of the hotel is not too good but the hotel service is good and people are well-qualified.
