Best kept secret
If you are looking for a great location, inexpensive and clean, I would recommend the Pepper Tree. The staff is very nice and willing to assist you with your requests. If you are looking for Fancy, this isn’t the place for you, but if clean is your goal than you picked the right place. It is right off the freeway, but very quiet and the beds are comfy. I will be back!

Best Place for Money’s Worth in Beaverton
My husband and I go to Beaverton often to vist our daughter and grandkids and stayed at many different motels and we found this one is the best place for staying in Beaverton and we determined to stay here again when we visit Beverton next time Courteous and friendly staff, convenient location (right off 217), quiet and comfortable room despite closeness to freeway, very nice (the Best) breakfast:: these are some of the features and benefits of staying at Peppertree. In short, you get the most value for your money.

Older Motel
This is an older Motel with maintenance issues that are not being aggressive attended. Rooms are okay. Adequate for low cost alternative.
