Good value for the money but needs maintenance
This hotel has clean rooms and the kitchenette is great. Hallways are dingy. Our room’s balcony door was broken, the handle fell off and it was off the track. My husband sprained his wrist trying to get it open and we had maintenance there twice to try to fix it, but to no avail. They told us to leave the door open and did not offer to let us have another room. The hotel needs updating, but the price was right. The breakfast was good but in an non-air conditioned room next door at the Palm Plaza. The hotel is in a quiet location.

The local candy factory and art/science museum were extra bonusses . The beach is the BEST!

would go back
I would recommend this hotel to someone that wants to be on the beach for a more economical price. Its no five star, but it did just fine for us. We had a beautiful ocean front view, 2 poolsand a hot tub. The room had everything you needed and the staff was very polite. The only thing that I found odd was the $5 parking fee for each day.
Traveller's tip
Denny’s and other restaurants are right down the road. Also when turning into the hotel keep an eye out because the turn into the hotel was kind of sudden and the hotel sign was not there.

Not Impressed
When I booked this hotel I was not aware that there would be an additional charge for parking at check-out. Also there was no front desk. There was a sign on the door to report to the hotel next door to check in and for any service. It was very disappointing.
