Stunning Hotel
We stayed on the club floor and the facilities there were outstanding. Highly recomended, ranks as one of the best hotels we have stayed at throughout the world

Overrated and expensive
An odd hotel really - great food&beverage staff, lovely surroundings, quality food in decent restaurants, but all marred by surly, irresponsive reception staff and possibly slightly arrogant Management. Even following the Mumbai incident security could be much better, both at the gates and perimeter walls - this alone would deter me from future stays at Leela Palace. Oh, and the cost of WiFi was laughable! Recommend you try serviced accommodation at UB City or elsewhere.
