good hotel not sure about some policys
we were a small group of 12 people hotel was booked and paid before arrival but guest needed credit card before they could check in so i had to use my card so they could check in not to happy with that took ages to get checked because of this. .

Not Impressed
I have stayed at the Marriot Cheshunt many times over the years with no problems, however last week my wife pre-booked 3 rooms, on arrival I was told there were no rooms, yes then there was one room in my name but nothing for my two colleagues, then after 30minutes waiting and showing my hotel booking confirmation another two rooms became available! On this occasion I thought the service in the bar was poor, the food was disappointing and the service and food available at breakfast was also not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. My two colleagues from Spain also expressed dissatifaction with service and food. I find the situation most strange as I was in the hotel one week earlier and generally everything was ok.

yes i would go back
we would go back but would make sure that no 21st birthday partys were on , as we were not able to get to sleep untill 4am , because the room next to us the pepole did not care that pepole wonted to sleep . had to ring reception to complane and they did solve the problem

Ok but could do with some renovation
Rooms a bit drab, although bed excellent, and everything was clean. Breakfast fine.

Marriott - as would be expected
Pretty much good level of service all round and expected for a Marriott Hotel. Facilities all good, rooms clean and spacious. One down side was the price of alcohol in the bar!
