Excellent hotel
Great location, modern, clean and lovely service too. Very enjoyable and would very much recommend it.

Front Desk was Helpful, Lobby was clean, Room feel short
The PROS - The hotel’s lobby, courtyard, guest TV room was charming and the front desk staff was always super friendly and helpful. This hotel is walking distance to the attractions and restuarants. Its in a good location. The CONS - The room fell short. It could have been charming, but the cleanliness was so poor. Our bed sheets never looked like the were changed, there was hair from some other vistor on the blanket. The towels though washed were stained, the plumbing wasn’t to great (the shower didn’t drain well, had some mildew and the toilet didn’t flush to well), and the floors were dirty.

Its in a great location, walkable distance to attractions and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. However,I think we would pass on this place if we had to go back to Florence, because the room just wasn’t to our cleanliness standards. BRING comfortable shoes!! The cobblestone sidewalks can do a number on you.

Lovely hotel but didn’t honor our reservation.
We booked and paid in advance for a superior room with balcony w/view for our 10 year anniversary trip 2 months before arriving in Florence. Confirmed several times. Were told in writing that we would have the best room - top floor with view of rooftops. We were advised upon arrival that our room was not available and would have to change rooms at the last minute. They did not offer to credit the difference until we asked about it and then told us they could not give us a credit but we could offer us free drinks in the bar. Still a lovely room but disappointed that they didn’t honor their agreement. Especially given the significance of choosing their hotel for such an important event.
