Exquisite Lobby
Being the official residence of AirFrance crew would signify that they’re on of the top of hotels in Bangkok. The room was clean and well arranged. We liked it even more if breakfast was added to the rate that we got.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
Go to Patpong or Chatuchak for nice bargains.

Good location
Hotel was decent. Good price point for 5 star room. Down in good restaurant and bar area, walking distance.

Disapointment
This hotel is not what we expected from a sofitel. The main reason is that although it was advertised as a new 5 star hotel, the hotel is old and they have only renovated some floors (the higher) so they have only new renovated executive rooms which they are more expensive.
