Not bad at all
This was my husband and I’s 5th trip to Orlando and we’ve stayed in it all! We’ve rented houses, villas, condos, hotels....etc. Nothing beats having your own kitchen and washer and dryer. If you’re going with multiple people I would reccomend a vacation house, however if it is just a couple of people Fantasy World Villas was VERY convienent. They give you enough supplies to get a couple loads of laundry done and everything you need to keep dishes and kitchen clean which is wonderful. Walmart is just a street away for food and other needs. Location is Fantastic!!!!!!! You are right in the middle of everything, nothing is too far away!
Fantasia Mini Golf... By the Swan and Dolphin Hotel, Disney does everything 100% and this mini golf course shows it. Tons of fun

Fantasy Villa, Orlando
It was a nice family villa. Very large and they supplied everything that was needed and it was in good shape. They did not charge any hidden fees. The hotel was a little older but everything worked including the laundry and was clean. I would stay there again. It was nice and large with a nice pool.
Beware the tolls. We had to travel from the hotel to UCF and the tolls were 4.00 each way. Only 20 miles. We had to do this daily so it added up.

NICE CHANGE OF PACE FROM A HOTEL
You get a two-storey townhouse with 2 bedrooms and two baths-great for some nice living space and getting away from a hotel room type set up. Staff were great and very helpful. Pool was very nice. Within walking distance of malls, restaurants and everything else you could need.
