Quaint B&B
The Pitney House was the perfect place to stay for a quiet night. It is only a few minutes from Atlantic City, but this B&B is in a quiet little neighborhood a few blocks off the main drag. The bay is walking distance, as are a few dining options. The owner is very pleasant but not intrusive, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were nice - a good amount of historic charm, but still very comfortable.

would never go back
The room was filthy, dust all over everything, stains on the comforter along with hairs, bathroom was dirty, tub was really gross. Dust and cobwebs all over the entire place. Seems like nothing has been cleaned in months.

Nice Stay but watch which room you stay in
The Dr. Jonathon Pitney House was very quaint, breakfast the next day was very nice, water pressure was awesome. The problem was the bed, we stayed in the "Caroline" room and the Bed was AWEFUL. The mattress was so hard and sunk in the center. We put the bucket from the portable air conditioner underneath one of the bars to try to help. The mattress had a very thin, very thin pad on top of the so called mattress and then a plastic sheet on top! We did not sleep at all. The reason we didnt "blast" the b&b was because of the other guests said there rooms were great, we just got the bad one...We are hoping.
