Wonderful hotel for price
We stayed here for 4 nights in August. The room was a pleasant surprise. The positives: nice room; lovely bathroom; very nice toiletries (spa-like); little fridge; in-room snacks (need to pay for these); valet parking (free!); complimentary breakfast; free wireless internet; coffee shop downstairs; within the old strathcona shopping district (quirky, novel shops). The negatives (minor): the room was quite cold; no view from the room; parking on the road in front of the hotel is limited; cleaning of the rooms happens early (needed to tell them to come back later); breakfast finishes early-ish (9 am) This was a very nice hotel for the price. We would certainly stay here again.

Good hotel, good location if related to the university. Access to most services. Reasonable price if booked through Expedia. Except for some restrictions for certain days.
