maintenance work needs attention. The basin was rusty and dirty.
Overall, the room was clean except the basin metal rim was rusty. It made my stay kind of unpleasant. It was not the maids fault.

so far the best hotel i’ve stayed at in Bangkok, close to everything, the service was great and the people at the hotel were very nice,

Disappointed
The main public areas were fine, but our room was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The furnishings were dull and dated. More alarmingly the beds were damp - possible because there was no ventilation/ fan in the bathroom. The pool area was not an appealing place to sit. We were happy with the food in the hotel: the breakfast buffet was good, and we had a tasty lunch in the bar area.
