Impressed until the last moment
An excellent hotel with fantastic staff, very relaxed atmosphere and high quality finish. We were a little dissappointed at the end when the hotel failed to arrange our taxi as we had asked them to do the night before and this almost caused us to miss our connecting tour bus and also we asked the hotel to make us a packed lunch with two cheese sandwiches for my vegetarian wife. They actually supplied two ham sandwiches and therefore left her with no food for our journey. The taxi fiasco meant we had no time to check the lunch! Very frustrating
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
The hotel arrange boat trips out to the lake at very reasonable prices. A private boat is only about $4 more than a group tour.
