"Good location, good choice"
Location is good and important. Ibsens Hotel is close to a Metro and train station (hree blocks), so any person can arrive very easy from airport and can get transportation to other places. Very close from downtown.

To be recommended
The hotel is situated in a great location in Copenhagen. Staff were simply lovely. The single room was cosy, not luxurious, but very comfortable. Would certainly stay at the Ibsen in the future.

Ibsens Hotel - a good deal
After studying the map of Copenhagen’s City Centre, I chose Ibsens Hotel because it was directly north of the Central Station/Tivoli Gardens and just several blocks west of the main pedestrian shopping street. Extremely clean hotel with the best front desk staff. Book the room without breakfast, as I did, for there are plenty of places to enjoy your morning; it’s fun to explore each day. I was also pleased with the variety of cable tv stations in my room; very important to me. Enjoy your trip!
Traveller's tip on local attractions
The moment you arrive in Copenhagen, walk to the Tourist Office and get a free map of the city. It’s large and easy to read; better than any of the others I brought with me! Go to Tivoli in late afternoon; Pantomime Theatre there, not to be missed! Ripley’s Believe It Or Not is great for when it’s raining. National Musuem is wonderful for several hours. Gron Tuborg beer is similar to Miller Lite. Have ice cream daily. Copenhagen has benches everywhere which came in handy after walking. :)
