Restaurant issues
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was in the restaurant. One dish was advertised as a chicken breast with tiger prawns. It actually was served as a leg/thigh quarter with some small and rather bland shrimp. Other than that it was ok.

centrally located
Definitely one of the better holiday inns we’ve stayed at. Centrally located for most things in Calgary, particularly the Stampede and Saddledome. Access to the light rail system within quarter of a mile.

Not swanky but workable
Close to light rail stop and convenient to downtown. Hotel is clean but shows signs of its age. Not in a great area but just fine fo rthe price.
