Wonderful Experience

Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Close to the airport and very convenient.

Comfortable Stay

The stay was very comfortable. We had to leave early due to a water leak,other than that everything was great. Excellent location.

Disappointed

Let me be honest. I like the Wyndham hotels, but this time I experienced something I was not comfortable with and actually quite disappointed with. I turn on my TV around 10 or 11 PM and the first thing I notice is there are no channels numbers on the screen and there is no posting in the room of what channels are ESPN, FOX, etc. So all you can do is channel surf. Unfortunately at this time of night I was bombarded by hard pornorgraphy for the first time in all my travels and stays in hotels. These were not "activate and pay for" channels these were offerings right along with ESPN, FOX, etc. I was disappointed and angry and turned off the TV and placed the remote far out of reach of my bed. This is NOT OKAY and should not be available that freely. If Wyndham has that little concern for it’s guest, I won’t be staying there any time soon.

this hotel was cheap, but service was superior, the location was excellent, the bathroom, beds and room were all VERY clean

Great Stay!

The room was perfect. Spacious and clean. The bed was very very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again!

Don’t eat there!

I was with a group of four people and it took almost an hour and a half to get breakfast! We almost walked out and went to McDonald’s. There service was terrible, they got all of our orders wrong. From the get-go I had to walk back to the front desk from them to call the restaurant to service us. If you want a hotel with a restaurant so you can get a quick start on your day then this is not the one to go to. We won’t ever again.

Great Airport Hotel

The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. Front desk staff was very helpful. The wifi was among the best I’ve had in any hotel - was very fast -didn’t drop you - and was free. The location is terrific - lots of restaurants right across the street which is unusual for an airport hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Not thrilled with this hotel

Although the service and staff were excellent, the hotel was obviously older and in need of some additional upgrading. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay again in this location.

In the middle of improvements

Had a heck of a time checking in (not sure if this was due to hotels.com or the desk people). The hotel is going through renovations so there was some construction going on. I awoke to the noise of some saw early in the morning... not what I wanted. The whirlpool was down but the pool and fitness facility was OK. The room was comfortable and beds were plush. Amenities in the room were decent. It’s adjacent to a large shopping outlet so there’s plenty of places to eat at and shop. All in all, I’d probably return when the renovations in the hotel are done but not beforehand.

Very Dissapointing!!

I happened to check in to the hotel on a kid’s soccer tournament. There were unruly kid’s running up and down the hallway until 9pm. I made several calls to the front desk, but they obviously had more important things to do. My fiance tried to swim in the pool, but the undisciplined kids were not following the pool rules with the coaching of their chapperones. The hotel had posted a sign stating that diving into the pool was not allowed, but the chapperones were yelling, "cannon ball", as the kids kept jumping in. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very Contemporary

This hotel is so modern and chic. They apparently just completed a huge renovation and it shows! From the lobby to the restaurant everything is beautiful and brand new. The rooms had really comfy down pillows ( I didn’t want to get up). The entire hotel is full of fun, vibrant colors. I will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time i’m in Richmond.

What a Difference

What a difference! I had stayed at this hotel about 6 months ago and it badly needed a renovation. The hotel is totally different now. The rooms are great and the service was excellent. The furniture was really cool. There’s a mall across the street with tons of restaurants and a really cool TGIF. A great hotel and super value.
