Close to the airport
We loved how close the hotel was to the airport because we had to be at the airport at 5 a.m.

Sheraton Amsterdam Schiphol, all about convenience
The cost and prices within this hotel are ridiculously high. The hotel itself is very good but if you have the time go into Amsterdam for the same level of accommodation at much more reasonable prices. My stay here was merely to meet some colleagues flying in from Germany and I must admit it is very convenient for that pupose. The facilities and room were excellent and of good quality although the standard double room was smaller than I have seen in other 4 and 5 star hotel.
The 5 flies restaurant in Central Amsterdam served excellent food.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel at all
The fact that they supposidly provide for the travellor is imaterical, in that all comforts such as tea making faciliies have now been made unavailable, so that if you want a cuppa first thing in your room, you cant they dont even provide effective customer service on our log out, the receptionist was most put out that we complained
