You get what you pay for
Because of the size of our group, we had 3 rooms. We stayed there on two different occasions and were given the same 3 rooms both times. Two of the rooms had very soiled carpeting, the third room was very clean. One of the bathrooms had not been fully cleaned and smelled of urine. It is definitely a "business man’s" hotel. Rooms are small and the bath tubs were very small. However, the bedding, linens and furnishings were very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good, offering Japanese and American choices. If you are into walking, it is convenient to the JR train station. If you don’t have much luggage, you can walk to and from the hotel. The nearest subway station is a short walk also.
Traveller's tip
The hotel was a little difficult to find since it is located in the middle of a side street and the sign in front is small. Once you find it, you will see that it is convenient to department stores, convenience stores, subways, restaurants, Starbucks, etc.
