Chicago Hilton charged $9 per bottle of water in room!
While the location can’t be beat and the room was surprisingly freshly decorated and clean, the $9 charge for a single bottle of water upon check out the next morning was shocking!
Park Hyatt downtown has a lovely restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Can’t beat location!
This hotel is amazing! The fact that it is in the center of Ohare...yet connected to the Blue Line (subway to downtown Chicago) is incredible. We have stayed here multiple times to escape any Chicago traffic at all, yet experience downtown Chicago. Yes, airport parking is expensive, but not AS expensive as downtown parking. We park in the value lot for less that $10 per day...ride the shuttle to the hotel...and take the subway downtown for a couple of bucks. It may not seem like it, but it is a great way to save money, experience downtown Chicago, and then come back to a VERY nice hotel. And if you like airports (the plane/runway/tower end anyhow) this hotel cannot be beat!
Read review for money saving tips! Bucktown is awesome, and way cheaper than downtown...But stay at the Hilton Ohare, and visit both, for cheap!

pleasant experience
Hotel is very convenient, short walk from the terminal, and city centre is within easy reach via the airport train station. comfortable room, quality service. Avoid the hotel restaurant, way over priced.
