Good Value
Good location. Room comfortable, though a little "tired" - broken toilet seat for example. Excellent included breakfast. Room equipped with good kitchen stuff, so a little "eating in" possible. Reception desk staff could do with a little training - "be with you in a minute", when they’re occupied, that kind of thing.

Good value and comfort.
Great location and good value. Very nice to get up to a breakast ready for you and nice to have access to cookies and coffee 24/7. My room included free parking which the receptionist had never heard about before. We checked out today so it will be interesting to see if they actually charged parking to my credit card. Beside that, nice outdoor pool and hot tub, plus goldola rides gratis for the guests. Overall, a nice experience.

Excellen Hotel
Excellent hotel, would stay there again as the location is ideal for the restaurants and shops in the pedestrian village and the walk to the Cabriolet isn’t far to get to the ski lifts.
