good review
if you are looking for "plush" this is not the hotel, HOWEVER, it was nice and clean, bed comfortable, rooms inside are nice. It is just an older hotel, but I had more ammentities than in some hotels that have cost me 3 Xs the price. I would recommend this to anyone if you smoke especially, as most of the hotels in Starkville are non-smoking and after driving for hours it was nice to relax, take a hot bath and relax. very very clean.

REVIEWS WRONG
I read the reviews of this hotel, and did not want to stay there, but due to the fact that I waited till the last minute to make reservations, I had no other choice. I found it very clean, NO ROACHES ! The staff was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. As a matter of fact that bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in ! I would highly recommend this place. If I HAD to make a complaint... it would be that the snack machine was out of order

Not impressed
The desk clerks and employees were very nice and very helpful, but the room was just not clean. It seems to be an older hotel but that is no excuse for it to be dirty. Soap and water and do wonders. One of the sheets had a cigarette burn hole, should have been noticed when the bed was made. Would only go back if there was no where else to stay.
