great hotel staff
The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and everything looked new. The bed was super comfortable. It was 4 blocks from Herald Square subway station. And the hotel bar has a very reasonable happy hour and the lowest priced glass of wine I had in NYC.

Not worth the money
The room was a tiny box with a view of a brick wall. It was clean and the staff was friendly, but the room and bathroom size was impossible to negotiate for two people.

Perfect for NY
Great location for walking around the city, and subway close for venturing Uptown. Room was small but comfortable, bathroom was very clean, recently redone, great shower.
