Nice Surprise
We got such a good deal through expedia on this hotel that I was a little concerned about what to expect. It turned out to be a great bargain as this was a pleasant hotel and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the free breakfast was good except for the coffee but they had a gas station next door with coffee to purchase and a maker in the room. Even though it was close to the highway, when the windows are closed you cant hear a thing. Nice neighborhood across the street for long fall Oregon walks. Having a hard time getting the front desk to send an item we left in our room but apart from that was a great hotel.
Eat at Gustavs German Restaurant in Tigard and Toms Pancake House in Beaverton for Breakfast and shop at Made In Oregon for some goodies to take home.

Clean, excellent staff
Very nice facility with very nice suite type rooms. Very up to date and modern. Continental breakfast, however, disappoints with too many "canned" selections. The egg "patties", for example, were a substitute for the ubiquitous scrambled eggs and originated I believe, from a WWII era rations supply. Aside from this criticism, a good choice. The front desk personnel went out of their way to give me directions and point out local points of interest.
