Best location in London
For a shopoholic and foodie like me, the hotel was in THE perfect location. Close to Covent Garden and in the very heart of the Seven Dials dictrict with restaurants and shops galore. Also very close to the tube. Staff were friendly and the room (although on the small side) was clean and comfortable (wonderful throws). Wouldnt hesitate to return.
The Covent Garden Hotel just down the road from the Radisson, is a must for a perfect afternoon tea. Its on the pricey side but a lovely treat.

Convenient for Theater Goers.
This hotel is nicely located in Seven Dials and very close to many west end theaters. The room was fairly small by american standards, but perfectly acceptable. The bathroom was also quite small. Certainly not a big WOW factor, but the staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is teaming with quaint and trendy little shops and bars that exude the charming feeling of London.

Not impressed
I expected better quality for a hotel which is rated 4 stars. This hotel was not value for money. The room I booked was tiny and had 2 single beds. The bathroom washbasin had a blockage which kept recurring. The beds were very uncomfortable. I had constant problems with the access card which was used to access the room and the lift. The only good thing was the location.
