Great location
Great location near the beach and shopping areas. Lovely roof top pool. Although drinks at the hotel were very expensive.

The hotel was ideal for the weekend spent in Biarritz. Two minute walk from town centre and from beaches. Room was excellent - spacious and clean. Breakfast was very expensive so declined this though evening meals in hotel restaurant were good and reasonably priced. Don’t use the mini bar - the prices are frightening!

Italian restaurant situated next to the hotel is fantastic. For rugby fans, the ground is a twenty minute walk from the town centre.

Exactly as described
Yes, as an international hotel brand it was a bit characterless and could have been in any European city however, it was exactly as described and what more can you ask for? The exterior was somewhat plain but inside all was spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were all particularly helpful and had lots of information on local buses, which we used all the time. The room was spacious, clean, extremely comfortable and had a great view of the sea. Everything worked! Brilliant roof-top pool but the poor weather restricted our use of it to just a quick early morning dip! Breakfast wasn’t fantastic - a bit pricey and used items were not replenished. However, what was there was OK. Restaurant was again, OK, but not quite 4 star. Yes, would stay there again.
