Do not stay if you’re under 65 years old
Although it does not say in the description, this is a retirement condo community. The pillow shams had stains, the air conditioner died, the bathroom was filthy, and they were playing bingo at 8pm in the "lobby" with no one at the desk in the evening. We expected 3 star accomodations, and it was 1 star. We felt extremely out of place because we are in our 30’s. We checked out immediately the next morning to find new accomodations.
This is not a family resort!

Exceeded my expectations
Well located and friendly. Like having your own home at the beach with all the amenities of a resort. I will definitely plan to stay there next trip.

Looks aren’t everything.
These vacation units are privately owned and rented out. We expected a typical time share set up with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc, but each unit is really a small studio type apartment. The furnishing in the unit we had were very, very outdated, but everything was clean. There are coin-operated laundry facilities, a restaurant, and 2 pools on site, but the best ammenity is that the beach is directly across the street. This was by far the closest to the beach for the price, and exactly where we wanted to be in the area. Plus, having a kitchen was important to us to accommodate our 15-month old, due to the length of our stay. We will definatly consider staying here again if the price is similar.
