Not so bad
from the reviews I read I was concerned about staying at this hotel. However the staff was very nice and the room was very clean. Yes it is an older hotel but as far as our stay it was good. The pool was clean and the water was warm. I will stay in this hotel again. The breakfast was fantastic.
Traveller's tip on shopping
Downtown shopping for antiques was a lot of fun. There are several shop to go though. All with a little something different to see!

extremely disappointed
During our three night stay at the Inn of Jefferson our room key worked only one time. We had to get someone from the front desk to let us in every other time. Housekeeping could not even get in, they had to leave towels hanging on the door knob, and we had to take out our own trash. On the second night we were there some other guests were trying to get in our room at 2:30 AM, their key lit up the lock, thank goodness for dead bolts, because they really wanted in, even after we told them through the door that they had the wrong room. The hotel staff said they were sorry for all of our inconvenience, noting that they had been having trouble with that room. There were MANY other rooms available, I wonder why they gave us that one? The full hot breakfast is the only thing this hotel can brag about
