Excellent Service and Facilities

We stayed at the Mision Reforma during the week of our daughter’s wedding. The staff was very gracious and helpful, particularly those at the front desk (we shifted the rooms a bit when we arrived), the bell captains (we needed special transportation to and from Ecatapec for 14 people!), and the restaurant wait personnel. The rooms were beautiful, in wood and marble, although the beds are more firm than what we Americanos usually expect. It is quite beneficial to know some Spanish when visiting Mexico City.

Needs Improvement

The hotel is situated in a great area, but it needs to pay more attention to details. The bathroom was not in its best.

Most Helpful Staff

There were 12 of us staying in the Mision Reforma Hotel for my daughter’s wedding in Mexico City. The Hotel is an excellent value and we quite enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was as helpful as any we have experienced. When we arrived, we distributed the room keys among our party differently than the hotel’s assignments, but they readily reassigned the rooms when we advised the reception staff. One television was not functioning when we arrived, and the problem was corrected by the next day. We needed special transportation to the wedding and other events. The bell hop easily arranged them for us and explained and confirmed the charges on each occasion. I advise that any tourists learn some Spanish before visiting.
