Good place to stay in Nancy
We spent 3 days exploring Nancy and found this location to be very convenient. It’s an easy walk to Stanislaus Square and to several of the major museums. It’s clean and pleasant and immediately across the street from the train station.

great location
The best I can say about this hotel is its location: across the street from the train station, across the street from many car rentals and across the street from the Excelsior, an outstanding brasserie. The room was rather mundane - it is a commercial hotel similar to one of the known American brands one would not be surpised, only the room was smaller in the European fashion. That said it was pleasant
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Nancy is not on everyone’s tour list but place stanislas is fun. there is a lovely park and you can use this as a central pointfor a tour of Alsace’s wine country. The Brasserie Excelsior across the street has great food

Park inn Hospitality again Mildly ok
Receptionist was frosty on arrival and unhelpful until she was spoken to in French
