well located and comfortable
great location on the main strand. good gym and outside hot bath area. overall, good stay and would return.

Not impressed at all
If possible, don’t go to Busan. It’s an ugly and depressing place. The beach in front of the hotel smells. The hotel itself markets itself as luxury, which it is not. It’s fine, but nothing special. The service was cold and rude, especially from higher management. There is no concierge. (The bell girl acted as concierge some of the time, but she was completely clueless and clearly not trained for this purpose.) I have no idea how this place got into the leading hotels of the world group. We stayed for two nights and I could not wait to leave. I would never stay here again.
