Wonderful Shuttle Service to Busch Gardens
Although our stay was brief with Embassy, it was very pleasant. They have an awesome breakfast and their shuttle system is fantastic. We never waited any more than 15 minutes at any given time for our trip to Busch Gardens and out to dinner. The interior lobby is quite impressive. We found mostly everyone there on the staff was very polite and helpful. The afternoon lobby shift could have learned something from the morning shift with politeness. The location is great.... I will come back again.

was a pleasure to stay here
this was my first trip to america so i had very little idea about what to expect. the hotel is quite far out if you want hussle and bussle or lots of shops, but we wanted to be near the university, and this hotel provides just that. they also run a free bus shuttle service that will take you within a 5km radius,. The food was fantastic, they run a buffet breakfast (only downside for me was no mushrooms or tomatoes ha ha) . There is a pool that was pretty deserted most of the time so i had that to myself, and a whirlpool. a small gym . the staff were extremely friendly . the room states it has a microwave and wet bar, which it does, and a fridge, but no cutlery or plates, so if you want to eat in your room, you need these things. I ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the food was delicious, during the week they run the menu plus a buffet lunch. I would most definately stay at this hotel again on my next visit to that area. The managers reception is run between 5.30 and 7.30 every night, with crisps, nachos and dips and free drinks, with a choice of wine, beer or numerous spirits, that is definately worth going to. Some of the reviews suggest staying away from the university mall, i did in fact go there, and it was pretty quiet at the time but I can say that although its not necessarily the best shopping centre ive been to, i would go again and it is near to the local supermarket sweetbay if you want to pick up some groceries etc whilst out.
