Good location- small room
Location was good but room was on the small side; however, it did have a small balcomy with a good view. Shower and deep tub!

A good choice for central Vilnius
Lovely hotel in excellent position in old Vilnius. Our room - a standard double - was spacious with a very large bathroom. Breakfast is excellent with a huge choice, served in the old vaulted cellars which are historic well preserved and charming. There are some very nice other old features dotted about the hotel. Staff were pleasant friendly and helpful. Only criticisms - no tea / coffee making facilities in the room; the tea cups at breakfast are too small
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
What I enjoyed most: the Tolerance Museum - relics from the Great Vilnius Synagogue plus fascinating art display Europa Park - modern sculpture park 19Km outside Vilnius. Make sure you know which bus to catch, when it leaves and from where! Kalvariu St Market The new National Gallery which opened in June 2009 Vilnius University Library (go if you get a chance) Before our trip I tried to learn some Lithuanian. It is VERY difficult! Definitely not a language for the faint hearted.

Location, location
Hotel was a good value for the price. The room is Typical European size. We were on the second floor over the pedestrian walkway and a street cafe but the noise was not a problem. The hotel is nicely located near the top of the pedestrian and close to the main square. The only negative is the overpriced "medieval" restaurant connected to the hotel. The breakfast was good but dinner was overpriced and the fish not very fresh. There are better places to eat close by.
Traveller's tip on dining
Go to "Blusyne" on a side street off the main square. Great atmosphere and good Thai food. Small bar in front and cozy outdoor dining area in the rear. Very friendly staff.
