Poor Housekeeping
The resort is nice and the front desk was GREAT! We got maid service every other day and they did not clean a thing. They did not replace toilet paper. They only replaced half of the towels. We had to go to the desk for more dishwasher detergent etc. I was disappointed that things were not handled better.

Great place to visit. Be sure to run the river on tubes.

Good Value, Service, and Location
Generally pleased with the condo. Highlights were location, amenities (pool, jacuzzis, shuttle service), cleanliness, and responsive, courteous staff. Detractors were smallish rooms with limited storage in bedrooms for ski clothing, somewhat dated furniture and TVs, and bathroom storage (no medicine cabinets or even soap/shampoo shelves in the showers). Since most guests at a location like this stay for several days, surprised at the lack of thought given to storage needs except for the ski/snowboard storage lockers included with each condo.
