A good hotel - but
Well positioned hotel with a champagne or water welcome and comfortable rooms. Free internet in reception. Unfortunately, only full breakfast available in the restaurant and very expensive; otherwise breakfast in your room. Restaurant taken over by special functions twice during a week’s stay. Restaurant menu available in bar room - but rather limited as was the room service menu. Friendly and helpful staff.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
If you are visiting the Hermitage leave plenty of time for queueing up outside. It took us an hour.Students - don’t forget your student card as you need to show this to get half price tickets at museums and other main attractions.
