Good value for money
Excellent location only a few minutes from the railway station and the main market square. Room perfectly OK - but we opted for a classic room rather than a standard room. It’s only a small amount to upgrade but well worth it. Reception staff very helpful, but the breakfasts are not the best I’ve ever enjoyed. Overall you are not paying five star prices so don’t expect five star service. For what you pay you get value.

Excellent central location
Excellent central location. Very well appointed room but our room in the new wing was a bit noisy. Hotel restaurant has good variety and is well priced. Would make this hotel my first choice if returning to Krakow.
