NOT CONDUCIVE FOR EARLY FLIGHTS FROM GATWICK
Hotel was fine - however, too far from Gatwick airport. No shuttle available from/to hotel early mornings or late evenings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However no elevator - which is problematic - if you have heavy bags.

Never going back
The room smelled very bad, the bed was as hard as the floor, had to wait for the airport shuttle for an hour (2x) even though the reception told me the shuttle will be there in few minuts. I have sat and tried to wave the waiter in the restaurant for 20 minuts and then gave up. No internet service even though its advertized, etc. Not impresed and definitely not coming back.

This is an old hotel with ultra modern rooms. We were completely shocked when we walked in our room. It was spotless and quite inviting. We will definitely be staying there again. Thanks.
