Very good value
Nice hotel in a great location. A 10 minute walk to the city centre and the commercial centre. Good value for money.
Lots of places to eat. Really enjoyed the nearby Thai restaurant called ThaiEdge

Female Hotel Manager dealt superbly with clients concerns. eg A fire drill at 1.00am and guests getting stuck in a lift.
Canal Basin - restaurants, pubs, shops and so on just 5 minutes away.

what we thought
room was very nice except for the noise of the lifts that kept us awake , that was after we worked out what the noise was
a must to visit for a fantastic steak is the grean tea garden cafe in china town opposite the hippodrome
