exactly as I imagined
The airplanes were late arriving, so it was almost midnight when I arrived. Checking in was easy, hassle free, and after all the delays and long trip from Ireland via NYC to Costa Rica - it was good to have the first night in some luxury. Breakfast next morning was good, check out also was a pleasure. An interesting hotel, excellent rooms, recommend to anybody - from leisire to business to family visits.

needs some small upgrades
the price would justrify another stay. The service was a bit poor. The continental breakfast poor. the place just needs a bit of small upgrades. Bear in mind that the price was good and that in SJO this is a big deal since the other place are very pricey. It is very well located away from thescarey downtown area.

very good service
even though when I arrived I could not stay in this hotel,The staff found me a room near where I wanted to be,in a different hotel thanks expedia I will be using this service again.
