A good choice
From the outset excellent service. At reception we were Checked in by a manager, if not the manager, who upgraded our room to a suite. Suite was ultra comfortable. Service at every level first class, including room and restaurant and breakfast room. Would return. Fair value.

Superb hotel
A wonderful hotel in a superb location. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, the bar staff were unbelievably good, providing tips about what to visit, and supplying little extras from the kitchen. Never had such good service. The room was wonderful; we had a junior suite which was spacious and nicely decorated. The marble bathroom was indulgence itself, with a large bath and separate shower stall for at least 2 people! Breakfast was delicious and not the usual bun-fight you get at some other chains. The setting is perfect, near the Egyptian Museum (the reason for the visit) and next to Via Roma (great for window shopping). Only stayed one night but were already planning a longer return visit. Cant recommend it enough!
Egyptian Museum – the best outside Egypt. The Mole Antoniella – highest brick building in the world and now an excellent Museum of the Cinema. Royal Palace and Palazza Madama. Museum of Natural Science. Any of the piazzas. Just wander along the galleried shopping streets, browsing in great shops, and stopping for drinks, and people-watching. Perfect!

Best hotel in Northern Italy
This hotel exceeded every expectation imaginable. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the facilities were exquisite, and there wasnt a thing you could ask for they wouldnt provide or try to provide for you. I would recommend it a thousand times to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty for reasonable prices.
