Great place!
We stayed here at the beginning of our vacation and came back to Portland and stayed there again. It is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. They have a nice breakfast in the morning. There are many shops near by and restaurants within walking distance. Not to mention you get free parking!

great breakfast and location by nob hill
THE ONLY THING THAT WAS NOT THE BEST WAS WE COULD HEAR THE PEOPLE ABOVE US.THEY HAD KIDS THAT JUMPED ON THE BED AND FLOORS.BUT OVER ALL THE ROOM, LOCATION AND MORNING BREAKFAST WAS GREAT THERE.

More than I expected
This was my first experience staying at a Holiday Inn Express. The inn is new and serves a nice breakfast. This is a very nice, modern facility. Don’t expect a view--there is none. This inn is on the edge of an commercial area but restaurants and some shopping are within blocks.

Some nearby restaurants do not allow minors at any time. This limits your choices when traveling with minors.
